MLC Marlins had a team of 59 swimmers at the championships
and finished in 4th place overall behind Macquarie Fields,
Toongabbie and Carlile. There were some outstanding individual
performances including 19 medallists: 6 gold, 8 silver and
5 bronze: |

- The Luck Family (Hannah, Oliver and Maggie) accumulated
1 gold, 4 silver and 2 bronze medals, 12 top 10 finishes
and a total of 295 points for the club

PB for a bronze medal in 100 Freestyle
- Laura Mooney - 5 top 10 finishes and qualified for National
Age 200 Butterfly
- Simone Piper - 3 top 10 finishes including a 6 second
PB to win a bronze medal in 100 Butterfly
- Stephanie Purcell - a 7 second PB for a top 10 in the
100 Breaststroke
- Andrew Reis - 5/5 PBs, 1 gold medal, 4/5 top 10, including
4th in the Open 100 Breaststroke
- Ian Sarno - 3/3 PBs, 1 gold medal and 11th in the Open
200 Breaststroke
- Tammy Schafer - 6/8 PBs and 3 top10 finishes
- The Sindone Brothers (Mark and Paul) - 1st, 4th and 5th
place from their only 3 swims
